Marketing Admin & Sales Operations

Leading HLS company is recruiting for the position of Marketing Admin & Sales Operations


Responsibilities:


· In charge of marketing – creation of brochures, content writing, preparations for events and be the focal point for all marketing activities of the Magal group of companies.

· Preparation and composing promotional sales materials and presentations for the sales team

· Regular correspondence and communication with current and potential customers

· Salesforce (sales pipeline) administration

· Support all sales functions in all aspects of deal flow.

· Write and review any required documents for proposals and tenders.

· Lead large government tenders administration and documentation through the process. Gather or create any required documents.

· Create profit and loss models for proposals in excel. Work with pre-sales and finances department on proposals accuracy.

· Market research

· Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team or company management.

· Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise.


Requirements

· Native English - a must!

  • Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word.

  • Expert Knowledge of SalesForce

  • Tenders experience – big advantage!

  • Writing skills – an advantage!

· Team player with a strong ability to also work independently

· Work in a high-pressure environment

· Full-Time

· Travel as necessary
